Catalog Rights

A student may receive a certificate, diploma, or degree from Guilford Technical Community College in accordance with the requirements stated in the catalog in effect at the time of their admission and enrollment. Catalog years run from the fall semester through the following summer term. Students may request to be assigned to a catalog year which comes into effect after enrollment in an academic program if it is advantageous to their academic goals. Students who interrupt their enrollment in the college or who do not enroll in courses related to their program for more than two consecutive regular semesters (fall and spring) will be subject to the academic and graduation requirements of the catalog year when they resume their related coursework.
