Program Requirements - Computer Technology Integration

The Computer Technology Integration certificate prepares students for entry-level careers in Information Technology. Upon successful completion of this certification program, students will also be prepared for external certifications such as Microsoft MOS, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Certiport IC3, and Strata IT Fundamentals.

Program Outcomes:

Upon completion of the Computer Technology Integration certificate, the student should be able to:

• Analyze the technical needs of end-users
• Use appropriate application software to fulfill business needs
• Code a program to meet end-user needs
• Develop a relational database
• Assess basic network topologies
• Identify basic security threats
• Install & diagnose multiple operating systems
