CJC 261 High-Risk SituationsLecture: 1 Lab: 2 Clinic: 0 Credits: 2 This course prepares students to employ proper response methods, including a risk and attack analysis, when faced with high-risk situations. Emphasis will be placed on cover and evacuation techniques when faced with an active, barricaded shooter, improvised explosive device recognition, and hazardous material impact assessment. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an ability to analyze a high-risk situation and use the proper decision making process to respond.
