HMT 211 Long-Term Care AdministrationLecture: 3 Lab: 0 Clinic: 0 Credits: 3 This course introduces the administration of long-term care facilities and services. Emphasis is placed on nursing home care, home health care, hospice, skilled nursing facilities, and other long-term care services. Upon completion, students should be able to distinguish between the different long-term care offerings, criteria for use, and benefits of the patient, resident, and participant. Pre-requisite(s): HMT 110.
