				C 25 12 0 H3 This certificate program provides graduates with the skills necessary to identify business opportunities, develop a business plan for the purpose of securing financing for an entrepreneurial start-up, and understand how to effectively operate a small business.  Credit earned in this program may be transferred toward an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Administration.
