This certificate program provides graduates with the skills and knowledge of current business processes, including logistics, human resource management, international business and the macroeconomic environment in which business operate.  Credit earned in this program may be transferred toward an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Administration.

Upon successful completion of the Business Processes Certificate, the graduate should be able to:

• Identify the different segments of the supply chain.
• Describe the foundation of international business.
• Explain human resource functions and their effect on business operations
• Evaluate national economic components, conditions, and alternatives for achieving socioeconomic goals.
• Properly use the terminology of the business processes.
