BUS 253 Leadership and Management Skills Lecture: 3 Lab: 0 Clinic: 0 Credits: 3 This course includes a study of the qualities, behaviors, and personal styles exhibited by leaders. Emphasis is placed on coaching, counseling, team building, and employee involvement. Upon completion, students should be able to identify and exhibit the behaviors needed for organizational effectiveness.
Course is typically offered in Spring. Course has transfer restrictions - 10 years

- Explain what it means to be a leader.
- Articulate your own leadership capabilities.
