CSC 214 Artificial Intelligence II

Lecture: 2 Lab: 3 Clinic: 0 Credits: 3

This course covers techniques for planning, learning, and decision making under uncertainty and in multi-agent environments. Topics include the design of intelligent agents to solve real-world problems including, search, machine learning, and logic. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate advanced artificial intelligence design concepts.

Pre-requisite(s): Take CSC 114
Course is typically offered in Fall.
Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)
At the completion of the course, students should be able to do the following:

  1. Apply advanced search and learning techniques that create intelligent agents capable of planning and decision-making in uncertain environments.
  2. Analyze multi-agent system strategies that solve real-world problems.
  3. Enhance agent performance in complex, dynamic environments with advanced artificial intelligence concepts.
