HRM 228 Mixology

This course provides instruction and demonstration for the practice of bartending. Emphasis is placed on set-up, including equipment/supplies/glassware; and production/service of alcoholic beverages including, but not limited to, beer, wine, cocktails, mixed/blended drinks, and specialty products. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate the basics of mixing alcoholic beverages in a commercial bar, tavern or nightclub setting. Co-requisite(s): CUL 110 ,CUL 135  and CUL 135A .
